Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) buas33 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. The details you must supply include:

• Exact date of birth.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A valid phone number registered in your name.
• Bank account or digital wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. buas33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Buas33 offers a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysia users. All financial transactions are subject to set minimum and maximum limits, as well as varying processing times depending on the chosen payment method.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet that has been registered and verified in the same member's name. buas33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be suspended and investigated.

Buas33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, special event promotions, and VIP program rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only upon their first registration.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fulfilled within the specified period before a withdrawal is permitted.

• The use of automation software, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

• Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any buas33 content without prior written authorisation.
• Unauthorized use of buas33 trademarks, logos, or brand names for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas submitted by members to buas33 may be used by the platform without any obligation of compensation.

Buas33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a member's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any term in this document. Situations that may result in account action include:

• Failed identity verification or submission of false registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Repeated violations of member conduct rules.
• Request by a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, buas33 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending completion of the investigation. Members who believe their account has been closed unfairly are entitled to submit an appeal to our support team within 30 days of the closure date.

Buas33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, technical errors, or loss of internet access.

The maximum total liability of buas33 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Members acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that the decision to play is entirely the member's own responsibility. buas33 makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or returns from any wagering activity.
